Daikin Applied is seeking a HVAC Parts Store Supervisor. Location: Greensboro, NC - Onsite

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies over the phone and in person interacting with customers on a daily basis
• Motivate staff to reach revenue and profit goals
• Coordinate with leaders to maintain processes and standards as well as contribute to the development of new standards
• Work with the District Manager to determine responsibilities of assigned staff positions to accomplish business objectives
• Determine solutions to escalated customer needs by providing technical support and researching options to meet those needs including, but not limited to, receiving and processing orders, product and service questions, warranty administration, and overall customer complaints
• Responsible for inventory management and ensuring that it is appropriately accounted for during weekly cycle counts and yearly full inventory audits
• Research competitive information and collaborate with leadership competitively price all inventory while maintaining a strong profit margin
• Make customer policy enhancements based on need and make exceptions to customer policies and procedures per level of authority
• Manage operations and schedule of assigned staff
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of commercial HVAC or related sales experience
• 6 years of related experience (preferred)
• Previous management experience (strongly preferred)
• Prior experience in parts identification and inventory control
• Forklift Certification

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $73,300 to $120,700 plus a target incentive plan in North Carolina. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
