The typical hourly pay for this position ranges from $28.61 to $47.04 in Minnesota along with a 10% shift differential. Pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role also includes a $5,000 sign on bonus!

Location: Plymouth, MN
Shift Hours
- 2nd shift: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM Monday – Thursday (10% shift differential)
- Calibrate, maintain, and repair test and measurement equipment across dimensional, electrical, mechanical, and temperature disciplines.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and system issues, including identifying and correcting out‑of‑tolerance conditions.
- Perform calibration and adjustments using approved procedures, technical manuals, and custom LabVIEW software.
- Install and modify measurement and control instrumentation on test facilities.
- Prepare accurate calibration records, reports, and certificates.
- Document calibration, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Provide technical support to team members and internal customers.
- Coordinate equipment downtime and maintenance activities with facility and engineering teams.
- Follow all safety, quality, and company policies and standards.
- High school diploma or GED
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Related experience (preferred)
- Associates degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
