Project Manager

This position manages less complex or well-defined mechanical, turnkey, and control projects, often with established processes and under the guidance of a senior project manager. Plans and Coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through peers/subordinate supervisors. Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!   Location: In office, Phoenix AZ What you will do:  Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Works closely with Sales Coordinators on subcontract agreements, equipment ordering, financial reviews, milestone billings, and project closeout documentation (with direct oversight and support). Coordinates with Control Application Engineers for control system design and graphics under guidance and review. Establishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion. Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction. Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff. Obtains acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customer. Responsible for the successful completion of the project. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
