Summary / Objective:
Responsible for taking care of all related items to exports and Imports. Help gathers information from various sections and groups for prioritization on allocation as well as back orders. Avoid air freight, loss of customers. Assist with sales and growth, support all sales planning teams and act as back-up to
other personnel in the planning department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years of Logistics experience
- Intermediate Excel skills (such as Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, and other Excel functions) and PowerPoint knowledge

Typical Duties / Responsibilities:
- Prompt, regular, and dependable attendance is an essential function of this job.
- Manage Export Sales by working with Export Team (Product Management Group,
Customer Service and Logistics). Leading weekly internal meeting with them.
- Communicate with Daikin Group about Export shipment and solve issues.
- Monitor Infor activity and work tickets.
- Manage/Maintain Transfer Price.
- Support sales planning task such as making Daily sales Report.
- Make Purchase plan and control Inventory by GIOS.
- Create PO to DK group.
- Additional assignments as deemed necessary by management.
