Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently
- Manage food service customer orders, ensuring correct preparation and timely delivery
- Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give accurate change
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, including basic food handling and kitchen equipment operation
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including sanitation and food safety standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Experience with food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple customer transactions efficiently
- Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction processing
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean work environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Food industry or restaurant experience is highly desirable
