Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the Global R&D organization and will partner with the Head of Resource Management to drive and support the establishment of expert capacity planning and analysis, strategic and scenario planning and use of various analytical tools. Analytical Resource Management will focus on implementing a data driven approach to optimizing resource deployment, productivity and costs through establishing advanced functional algorithms, metrics and modeling to forecast resource demand alongside effort tracking actuals and headcount. As a member of the Global R&D Finance & Procurement team, this position will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the project and non-project FTE algorithms, Planisware (TRIDENT) Time Card tracking, resource analyses reports and functional business partnering. This position may also support high complexity process and / or infrastructure projects in support of the R&D portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Analytical Resource Management
- Support the development / refinement of Time Tracking System Standards, Governance, Compliance, Expansion and Training
- Establish reporting format and frequency regarding metrics around Resource Productivity, Cost, Capacity, Alerts
- Support the development of advanced algorithms using machine learning based on historical data and LF input
- Strategy Business Partnering
