Duties
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans by preparing treatment areas and equipment.
- Support patient intake procedures, including gathering medical histories and explaining therapy routines to patients.
- Help patients with exercises, mobility activities, and use of therapeutic devices under supervision.
- Monitor patient responses during therapy sessions, noting progress and any concerns to relay to the therapist.
- Maintain clean, organized treatment spaces and ensure all therapy equipment is properly sanitized and ready for use.
- Document patient interactions, treatment details, and progress notes accurately in medical records.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions, offering encouragement, and ensuring comfort throughout therapy sessions.
Experience
- Prior experience welcome but not required.
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
