Madisonville boutique litigation firm is looking for an experienced litigation attorney to join our team working alongside our attorneys on active matters, with the opportunity to build their own book of business. The hiring group's primary practice area is eminent domain, commercial litigation, and other general civil litigation.
We are looking for attorneys with 4 years of civil litigation experience who are ready to take depositions, argue motions, and manage a case from filing to resolution. Prior trial, especially jury trial, experience is a plus, but is not necessary.
This is an in-office, not a remote or hybrid, position. We believe working alongside each other day to day is part of what makes our team strong.
