What You'll Do

As a Facility Turnover Specialist, you'll help prepare newly constructed buildings for occupancy and grand openings.

You'll:

• Remove construction dust, debris, stickers, and residue
• Clean windows, fixtures, floors, and surfaces
• Detail newly completed commercial spaces
• Help create a clean, safe, move-in-ready environment
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Deliver the final polish that leaves clients impressed
