Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Daida. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying and nurturing potential leads. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to enhance client agility through data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide sales support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives.
- Generate leads through phone calls, customer visits, social media and emails.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Utilize effective communication strategies to engage potential customers and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies for lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation or inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and nurturing client relationships.
- A customer-centric approach with excellent customer service skills.
