Responsibilities
- Perform Brazilian, body, and facial waxing within your training and licensed scope.
- Provide consultations and make clients feel comfortable throughout their appointments.
- Educate clients on aftercare and recommend appropriate products.
- Encourage rebooking and maintain strong client relationships.
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and ready for each appointment.
- Follow sanitation requirements and studio policies.
- Contribute to a professional, welcoming team environment.
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina esthetician or cosmetology license.
- Interest in specializing in waxing and intimate skincare.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, coachable, and willing to keep learning.
- Self-motivated with a desire to build a consistent clientele.
- Availability to work scheduled shifts, including Saturdays.
