Field Supervisor – Sanitary Installation
Dahmes Stainless is looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to lead installation crews at food processing plants across North America. You’ll run the jobsite, coordinate people, materials, and equipment, and make sure sanitary piping, ducting, vessels, platforms, and process systems are installed safely, correctly, and on schedule. You’ll work from P&IDs and blueprints, solve problems in the field, and lead by example.
We’re looking for someone with 5 years in sanitary process or food equipment work and 2 years leading field crews. You should have a strong background in stainless installation, TIG welding, pipefitting, and sheet metal, along with experience supporting rigging operations. You’ll need a valid driver’s license, ability to pass DOT physical requirements, and authorization for international travel. Most importantly, you need to be dependable, organized, safety-minded, and willing to get in the work with your crew.
This is a 100% travel position based in New London, MN, with a 9-days-on / 5-days-off schedule. Dahmes covers flights, vehicles, lodging, and daily per diem, along with offering the opportunity to lead major industrial installations across North America.
