About the Role
We’re growing and seeking an experienced Bench Jeweler to join our team full-time. This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled jeweler who takes pride in their work and thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. You’ll work at a fully equipped independent bench, including a Leica microscope, alongside a close-knit bench and design team.
What You’ll Do
As a Bench Jeweler, you will focus on high-quality in-house repair and restoration work using both foundational and advanced bench techniques.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform precise, high-quality jewelry repairs with strong attention to detail
- Work confidently with silver, gold, and platinum
- Execute stone setting across a variety of shapes and sizes
- Re-tip and rebuild prongs to restore durability and integrity
- Complete ring sizing and chain repairs across multiple materials
- Use a laser welder or be willing to learn advanced techniques
- Manage workflow independently while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Occasionally support client-facing repair and custom work consultations
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of bench experience with strong technical skills
- Proficiency in both foundational and advanced jewelry repair
- Experience with platinum and stone setting highly preferred
- Laser welding experience a plus but training is available for the right candidate
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with occasional client interaction
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage workload independently
- Calm, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
- $55,000 to $95,000 annually, based on experience and expertise
- Compensation will be determined following a hands-on bench evaluation
