As a key member of our Marketing team, the Graphic Designer creates compelling visual assets—from concept through completion—to elevate our brand, enhance client presentations, and support project deliverables. This role requires versatility in visual communication, strong collaboration with project teams and clients, and the ability to mentor junior designers. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in graphic design and multimedia technologies and proactively communicates the availability of finished products and resources across the firm. This position is required to be onsite at assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week and as required for office/team/employee meetings. Please note – your attention to this is an important part of how we evaluate our candidates.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Graphic & Multimedia ProductionCreate multimedia assets including PowerPoints, video presentations, models, and simulations.Develop and maintain a comprehensive Graphic Design Assets Library (icons, certifications, logos, and other tools).Produce renderings and illustrations, including elevations, sections, and vignettes.Build and curate an Illustration Assets Library (palettes for landscape, materials, furniture, and more).Capture and edit photography ranging from progress shots to professional imagery.Produce and edit video content such as drone footage, event documentation, and competition materials.Manage and update DAHLIN’s Brand Book on The Square (firm intranet).Oversight, Organization & Quality ControlMaintain ownership of the quality, consistency, and strategic use of all graphic assets firmwide.Ensure graphics created by marketing, project, and design teams meet brand standards.Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to keep DAHLIN’s visual communications current and competitive.Collaborate with project teams, the marketing team, and clients to define creative solutions, deliverable quality, and scope.Organize and maintain digital assets for accessibility, consistency, and long-term archiving using OpenAsset.Oversee outsourced rendering or graphics production as needed.WHAT YOU WILL BRING:Proficiency with the full Adobe Creative Suite.Expertise in Lumion Pro, 3D Studio Max, Rhino, and Blender.Skill in photo and video editing, audio recording, and multimedia compilations.Working knowledge of VR and AR applications.Familiarity with AutoCAD and SketchUp (a plus).Competence with Windows environments and MS Office Suite.Understanding of digital and offset printing processes.Strong problem-solving abilities and independent thinking, paired with excellent listening skills and follow-through.Professional communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients.Strong verbal, visual, organizational, and collaborative abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and deliver high-quality work on time.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:Degree from an accredited program in graphic design, UX/UI, marketing, or related design fields; equivalent certification considered.Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably within the A/E/C industry.Proven experience supporting senior management in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities while working effectively with diverse personalities.Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions or visa sponsorship.We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. Placement within this pay range will be determined by factors such as education, qualifications, project complexity and/or experience. The maximum is reserved for candidates who currently meet all job requirements.
