What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter position at Dahlia Design Remodel?
Dahlia Design Remodel is a forward thinking company that has years of experience in knowledge. We approach every job, large or small, with a high level of craftsmanship and are continually striving to take our skills to the next level. Currently, we are looking for a carpenter who not only loves their job, but someone who finds it their responsibility to do quality work and wants to grow with us as a company.
We predominantly take on work in the interior of our client’s homes. Each project is unique and requires a different skill set from our carpenters from day to day. We take on demo, framing, and finish work for every project. The right carpenter will be able to adapt to our day to day fluctuations, positively interact with our clients on jobsites, maintain a high level of craftsmanship and organization, and have a team focused mindset.
Having a certain level of training is entirely ok with us. We have created a work environment where we can all come to an understanding through shared knowledge, get the job done right, and learn something new along the way. You must be highly self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as a member of a team.
Through our own experience, we understand the importance of a positive work environment for our employees. We have an open door policy when it comes to communication. Expectations will be clear, concise, and reasonable. Stressed, overworked employees lead to sloppy work, call backs, and turnover - and that is not how we operate. At Dahlia Design Remodel, we always strive to maintain a team environment where our employees enjoy coming to work. Work life balance is extremely important to us. Every project has its own challenges in remodeling. With all-in effort, our work is done efficiently and as stress free as possible for all involved.
