Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas in our hotel. Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, following established housekeeping standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and other necessary items in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
- Assist with the organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas to ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns in a friendly manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of custodial practices, floor care techniques, and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be physically able to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
