- Conduct structured supplier outreach to request and obtain required material information.
- Distribute supplier questionnaires and accompanying instructions.
- Track supplier responses, due dates, and follow-up actions.
- Review supplier submissions for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate remediation of missing or incomplete information.
- Prepare validated data for upload into internal systems.
- Support periodic refresh of supplier data and ongoing audit readiness.
- Develop and refine an improved process for collecting supplier data.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with supplier outreach or supplier data collection.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to documentation quality.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and competing deadlines simultaneously.
- Prior experience supporting procurement, compliance, or regulatory data activities.
- Familiarity with supplier data management or compliance systems.
- Experience preparing and validating data for upload into internal systems.
- Background working in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, medical devices, or manufacturing).
