About The Role

Our client, a global leader in third-party logistics and supply chain solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to support daily pricing activities across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant pricing for new and existing customers across various modes, products, and trade lanes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to drive competitive and strategic pricing outcomes.

Job Description

The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day pricing requests while ensuring adherence to service level agreements and company policies. This role involves evaluating pricing opportunities, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement efforts to enhance pricing quality and win rates.

• Manage and respond to daily pricing requests for new and existing customers, ensuring completion within assigned deadlines and service level agreements
• Ensure all pricing activities comply with internal operational policies, including validation of restricted commodities and identification of embargoed countries
• Document pricing activities thoroughly, including detailing how pricing was compiled, to support communication with operations teams upon award
• Monitor performance metrics and provide monthly updates to management on progress toward established goals and KPIs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across network offices to ensure access to accurate and up-to-date pricing for accessorial charges
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to identify best practices, improve pricing accuracy, and drive favorable win ratios
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing trends and enhancing pricing processes
• Perform additional duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and pricing documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
• Demonstrated global business acumen, with an understanding of international trade and logistics considerations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or pricing-related roles
• Familiarity with pricing strategies, market trends, and transportation cost structures
