As part of their IT support team, youll play a key role in maintaining and preparing end-user devices to ensure smooth operations across their enterprise environment.Job Description As a PC Re-Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for reimaging and configuring computers, supporting users with Windows and Office 365 environments, and assisting with basic networking and device setup. This role requires hands-on technical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and support.Key Responsibilities:Reimage and configure Windows-based PCs for deployment Perform basic networking tasks such as patching and port connections Support Active Directory tasks including user and printer setup Provide end-user support for Office 365 applications Assist with mobile device setup and troubleshooting (iPhone and Android) Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely and accurate system readiness QualificationsRequired:23 years of experience in IT support or desktop services Proficiency with SCCM, Active Directory, Windows OS and PC reimaging processes Basic networking knowledge (patching, connecting ports, etc.) Experience with Active Directory and printer setup Familiarity with Office 365 support Preferred:Experience supporting mobile devices (iPhone and Android) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Benefits Dahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your familys needs.
