The IT Project Manager will lead and support multiple concurrent enterprise technology projects from initiation through delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will partner closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive successful outcomes across large-scale initiatives.
- Manage full project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of enterprise IT and infrastructure projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and project goals
- Capture and document project requirements, including infrastructure installation needs and technical dependencies
- Facilitate and lead project meetings with internal teams and stakeholders, following structured agendas
- Track and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation throughout project intake and execution, including timelines, deliverables, and scope changes
- Support senior project leadership by executing assigned workstreams and ensuring alignment with broader program goals
- Manage and maintain project tools such as Smartsheet, including creating project portals, updating logs, and performing system maintenance
- Transfer and reconcile data across multiple tools and platforms to ensure consistency and reporting accuracy
- Develop, update, and publish project and program reports for stakeholders and leadership
- Track and report on program-level risks, issues, and action items
- Collaborate with technology owners and stakeholders to collect documentation and key project inputs
- Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, burn rate, and resource planning
- Identify project variances and implement corrective action plans with clear escalation when needed
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing enterprise IT projects and/or technology implementations
- Proven experience leading multiple concurrent projects through the full project lifecycle
- Strong ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications
- Experience working on large-scale projects or programs with budgets exceeding $1M
- Knowledge of project financial tracking, including forecasting, burn rates, and resource planning
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams in an enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including waterfall, iterative, and hybrid models
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Planview, or similar platforms
- Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA
- Familiarity with big data concepts and data-driven project environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings in both virtual and in-person settings
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience contributing to enterprise data strategy initiatives
- Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment
- Experience supporting application development or enterprise technology programs
- Familiarity with collaboration and documentation tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Slack
- Experience with logistics tracking systems or similar operational tools
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
- Ability to support project documentation management and reporting across multiple platforms
