Controller (28561)

Location: Fairmont, MN

Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 annually (relocation assistance available)

What you’ll do as a Controller:

• Manage process of monthly and year end financial statements
• Maintain internal procedures and controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting
• Manage all passenger vehicle purchases and sales and approve repairs
• Review and approve employee expense reports and general payables
• Supervise accounting and finance staff
• Manage accounting processes, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and inventory
• Liaison with corporate accounting and tax teams to manage banking and cash flow projections
• Assist with the development of budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow forecasting and management
• Coordinate with and facilitate external audit (D&T)
• Manage general office issues - repairs, replacements, or other issues that arise
• Assist Credit Team to interpret, read and analyze Customer Financial statements where necessary and when required
• Manage year end process of closing including Inventory observations, etc.

What you’ll bring to the Controller role:

• CPA certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience
• Combination of public accounting (Audit) and private company experience preferred
