Bring your customer service experience to Dahl Honda in Sheboygan, WI, as an Service Receptionist! In this professional, fast-paced role, you’ll help schedule service appointments, follow up with guests, and support the Service Advisors and Service Manager with a variety of customer service and administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with our Service Advisors to learn the ins and outs of the role and prepare for future advancement into a Service Advisor position. We’ll provide the training and support you need to build your skills, achieve your goals, and grow your career with Dahl Automotive.
Responsibilities
- Answer guest calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
- Assist with scheduling service appointments.
- Greet service guests as they arrive for their service appointments.
- Follow up with service guests that do not show up for their appointments, and to provide updates to guests on their vehicle service.
- Communicate with guests and advisors to take care of guest needs.
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Assist advisors and service manager with other service and administrative related duties.
- Utilize online system daily.
Qualifications
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to stay on task and work independently
- Valid drivers license and clean driving history

Salary : $32,022 - $41,728
