Daher Aerospace, family-owned and operated in 13 countries with a rich history dating back to 1863, is seeking mechanically inclined individuals for our next Sheet Metal Mechanic Entry Level Class beginning on/around December 8, 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for on-the-job training that can start you on an exciting career path in aviation manufacturing!
As a Daher employee, you will participate in our comprehensive 6-week training program, with in-class and hands-on training, be assigned a mentor, and upon successful completion, earn your Level One Sheet Metal Mechanic rank.
Primary Role And Responsibilities
The compensation range is $22.28 to $24.40 per hour
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Daher considers a number of factors when determining salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, skills, and current market conditions.

- Maintain, modify, and install aircraft sheet metal and composite components.
- Fabricate and rework complex structural assemblies.
- Use precision measuring devices to ensure quality standards. Perform inspections and maintain accurate work records.
- Work from engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
- Mechanical experience, including drills, pneumatic tools, and hand tools, must be able to demonstrate comfort level and competency using them.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Ability to work 1st and/or 2nd shift upon completion of class.
The compensation range is $22.28 to $24.40 per hour
