We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our Aerospace Quality team. Reporting to the Quality Systems Manager, this role is responsible for supporting and executing key Quality Management System (QMS) functions, leading audits, and ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Lead and perform internal and external audits to aerospace standards (AS9100), Nadcap, and customer requirements
- Support Nonconformance, Corrective Action, Process Deviation, and Document Control processes
- Analyze and report quality data to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality metrics and process improvements
- Develop and deliver QMS training to ensure consistent quality standards across the organization
- Create, review, and revise quality documentation to ensure compliance with aerospace and contractual requirements
- Perform inspection activities (receiving, in-process, source, final) as needed
- Conduct supplier audits and First Article Inspections (FAI)
- Support execution and review of FAIs for production programs
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
Required Education and experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-5 years of manufacturing or quality experience, preferably in aerospace or regulated industries
- Experience with AS9100, Nadcap, or aerospace quality systems strongly preferred
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools is a plus
- Experience with quality documentation and audit processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and databases
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Information related to the position:
The compensation range is $80,000 to $90,000 in base salary.
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Daher considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, skills, and current market conditions.
