- Perform inspections and maintain accurate work records.
- Work from engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
- 5 years of manufacturing aviation structures sheet metal mechanic experience.
- Ability to perform precision drilling and fastener installation with supervision.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic knowledge of non-conformance tags and repair processes.
- Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
- Ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Frequent use of hands for various tasks.
- Standing, walking, reaching, and stooping regularly.
- Maintain steady hand-eye coordination.
- Reach in all directions and in potentially awkward positions.
- Effective communication skills and ability to hear.
