This is a full-time on-site position located in Pompano Beach, FL, for an Aircraft and Powerplant Mechanic. The role involves performing maintenance, inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting of aircraft systems and powerplants to ensure safety and compliance with all regulatory standards. The mechanic will work closely with the technical team to document maintenance activities, adhere to operational schedules, and maintain accurate records while ensuring adherence to quality assurance protocols.
- Experience with Aircraft Maintenance and Engine Troubleshooting
- Technical proficiency with troubleshooting and diagnosing system malfunctions
- Attention to detail, adherence to safety regulations, and quality assurance knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform precise repairs and adjustments
- A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) Certification required
- Previous experience in aviation manufacturing, maintenance, or repair operations is a plus
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
