Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Asphalt Foreman to lead and oversee asphalt construction projects from start to finish.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations on asphalt construction sites, including paving, grading, and compaction activities
- Manage and direct asphalt crew
- Read and interpret blueprints
Qualifications
- Proven experience in heavy civil or asphalt with supervising responsibilities
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints
- Construction site experience with a focus on asphalt paving
Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
