Overview

The owners of Willy Taco, Flock Shop, Venus Pie, and FR8 yard are opening an elevated restaurant in Spartanburg. We're looking for an experienced and eager sous chef that can grow with us. The perfect candidate will be hard working, fun, creative, efficient, disciplined, skilled, and a leader.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations in the kitchen
  • Manage recipe adherence and plate builds
  • Willing and able to write schedules
  • Work with and negotiate with vendors
  • Be a magnet of talent
  • Assist in special menu creation

Pay: $49,218.16 - $59,273.49 per year
