We’re looking for an outgoing, creative, driven person who can get our equipment noticed and turn interest into sales. If you enjoy social media, talking to customers, and seeing your effort show up in your paycheck, we want to meet you.
At Dagger Machinery, you’ll market and sell used construction and agriculture equipment while helping owners sell their machines through our consignment and auction programs.
What You’ll Do
- Create walkaround videos, equipment photos, and social posts that get buyers interested.
- Promote equipment through Facebook Marketplace, online listings, and direct outreach.
- Make calls, respond to leads, follow up, and ask for the sale.
- Build relationships with farmers, contractors, and equipment owners to bring in consignments.
- Keep listings accurate and work with our team to get deals across the finish line.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re comfortable on camera and confident on the phone. You bring ideas, take action without waiting to be told, and follow through. You enjoy creating content—but you’re just as excited about closing a deal.
Sales, social media, or marketing experience is a plus. Equipment knowledge helps, but curiosity and a willingness to learn matter too.
This is an in-person role at our Fargo location.
