Dagen is partnering with an oil & gas company in the Energy Corridor to hire a Training & Development Manager.
This role reports to the Director of Organizational Development and works closely with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts across the organization.
This is an individual contributor role where you will own and manage the training function—designing and delivering in-person, virtual, and e-learning programs, managing the LMS (Workday Learning), and partnering with leaders to support employee development.
The ideal candidate has 7 years of training experience, strong facilitation skills, LMS experience, and a passion for developing people. Certifications in training or instructional design are a plus.
Up to 20% travel
Salary : $135,000 - $155,000
