About the Role
As an HVAC Installer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installations that exceed client expectations. You’ll work with a close-knit team that values craftsmanship, efficiency, and doing things the right way.
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday (occasional overtime may be required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional installations of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related systems.
- Complete projects on or under budgeted labor hours while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles — we take pride in how we represent Daflure.
- Communicate proactively with the Installation Manager and team to keep projects on schedule.
- Collaborate with the broader team to identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Support warehouse tasks (stocking, job pulls, deliveries, fabrication) when needed.
