Role Description The Customer Service/Sales Coordinator (B2B) is a full-time, on-site role based in Wyckoff, NJ, supporting business-to-business customers and internal sales operations. This role manages incoming customer inquiries, processes quotes, orders, invoices, packing list, bills of lading, and ensures accurate and timely documentation. The coordinator communicates with customers regarding product information, lead times, pricing, and order status, and collaborates with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth fulfillment. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving service issues, providing proactive updates, preparing sales reports, and supporting account managers with customer follow-up and sample requests. The role also contributes to improving customer experience by identifying patterns in customer feedback and recommending process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and manage order-related communication.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills to build long-term relationships and ensure positive outcomes for B2B clients.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional phone and email etiquette.
- Experience in a B2B customer-facing or sales coordination role, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, or related fields.
- Proficiency with office software; ability to manage data and track orders accurately.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
