Duties
- Receive incoming shipments by inspecting deliveries, verifying quantities against purchase orders, and recording data in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and AS400 platform.
- Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, stock, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking orders using order pickers and RF scanners, packing items securely with appropriate packaging materials, and labeling for delivery.
- Manage stock levels by stocking shelves efficiently, conducting regular inventory counts, and updating records in our Warehouse Distribution system.
- Assist in order fulfillment processes for e-commerce platforms by accurately selecting items for customer orders and ensuring timely dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols during load & unload activities and warehouse housekeeping routines.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution workflows using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools to ensure timely replenishment.
Experience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, and order fulfillment software.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry accuracy.
- Experience with picking & packing processes for both bulk orders and small packages in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and proper handling of packaging materials.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
