We are seeking a Quality Team Member Specialist who is fluent in Korean and English (reading, writing, and speaking required) to support quality assurance activities within a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. This role supports daily quality operations, inspections, documentation, and communication between Korean-speaking leadership and plant teams to ensure product quality and compliance with customer and company standards.
- Support daily quality inspections and audits on the production floor
- Assist with quality documentation, reports, and records
- Translate and communicate quality requirements, procedures, and instructions between Korean- and English-speaking teams
- Support containment activities, corrective actions, and root cause investigations
- Assist with training and communication of quality standards and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies, customer requirements, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Fluent in Korean and English (reading, writing, and speaking required)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work on the production floor in a manufacturing environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Preferred
- Automotive manufacturing experience (assembly, welding, inspection)
- 2 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or automotive production
- Experience supporting Korean leadership or global manufacturing organizations
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO standards, or quality systems
