Role Description
Dads Against Crime is seeking a full-time, in-person Donor Appreciation & Communications Coordinator to support our mission by building strong relationships with our donors.
This role is responsible for calling donors to say thank you, sending thank-you emails for one-time donations, and preparing and mailing donor appreciation letters at high volume. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating daily. Making outbound thank-you calls to donors
Sending donor appreciation emails
Preparing and mailing hundreds of donor letters
Maintaining accurate donor records
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time, in-person (on-site only)

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable making outbound phone calls as a daily responsibility
Professional phone presence and email etiquette
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks consistently
Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, documents)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site
Ability to handle confidential donor information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
