Role Overview
We’re looking for a Frontend Software Engineer Intern to help build and refine the DADO web platform. You’ll work directly with the founding engineer to ship features that impact real users—from authentication flows to high-end UI experiences.
This is not a “watch and learn” internship. You will be writing production-level code, solving real problems, and contributing to core product decisions.

What You’ll Work On
- Build and maintain frontend features using React, TypeScript, and modern UI libraries
- Implement responsive, high-quality UI/UX based on Figma designs
- Work on critical user flows such as:
- Authentication & onboarding
- Gift contribution and checkout experiences
- User dashboards and account management
- Integrate frontend with backend services (Supabase, APIs, Edge Functions)
- Debug and resolve real production issues (Sentry, logs, user reports)
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and scalability of the frontend
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering on rapid iterations

- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with modern frontend development practices (components, hooks, state management)
- Ability to read and implement UI designs accurately
- Basic understanding of APIs and asynchronous data fetching
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience with Next.js or Vite-based apps
- Familiarity with Supabase, Firebase, or similar backend services
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or component libraries
- Exposure to debugging tools (browser dev tools, logs, error tracking)
