planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects throughout South
Florida.

client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within

Position Overview
- Dade Electric Service is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the
planning, coordination, and execution of electrical construction projects throughout South
Florida.
- The Project Manager will manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, and
client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within
budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with engineers, general contractors, architects, and inspectors
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Manage subcontractors, field supervisors, and installation crews
- Monitor project costs, change orders, and job profitability
- Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, and applicable codes
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Conduct project meetings and provide updates to company leadership
Ensure jobsite safety standards and company safety policies are followed
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 5 years of electrical construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and blueprints
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software
- Experience with Bluebeam or similar construction document management software
- Experience working on municipal infrastructure or a wastewater treatment plant

- Knowledge of medium-voltage systems and low-voltage systems
- An electrical license or a construction management certification is a plus
