Digital Associate

DADA Digital, Dada Goldberg’s digital department, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Associate to support clients in luxury arts and design, hospitality, and real estate development. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative storytelling and social media strategy, — with hands-on involvement in graphic design and short-form video shooting and editing.

Key responsibilities include:

Creative & Content Development

• Collaborate with the Content Strategist and Social Leadership Team to concept and execute engaging digital campaigns.
• Ideate and produce short-form videos, social visuals, and graphic content that reflect each client’s aesthetic and voice.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, proposing fresh ideas, new formats, and emerging platform features.
• Support content shoots, design projects, and creative brainstorms with a strong eye for storytelling and visual detail.

Client Management

• Support the Content Strategist and Social Leadership Team across assigned clients.
• Coordinate day-to-day content calendar updates with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain detailed records of project deliverables, action items, and timelines.
• Draft monthly client reports with agreed-upon KPIs, analytics, and top-performing content.

Social Media Management

• Build and manage content calendars, ensuring timely posting and alignment with client goals.
• Oversee daily community management — responding to comments and DMs, and fostering meaningful engagement across channels.
• Actively engage with relevant accounts, creators, and brand partners to help clients grow authentic digital relationships.

Requirements

• Must be New York based
• A robust knowledge of social media platforms at large, but particularly Instagram & TikTok
• An impeccable attention to detail

Bonus

• Experience using tools like Figma, Slack, Canva
• Experience with graphic design and/or short-form video editing

Salary

$60-70k per year, plus health/wellness benefits, and PTO and sick days.
