What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at DADA Echo Park?
Dada Echo Park is currently interviewing for a part time Bartender for our Restaurant/Bar located in the back alley of 1606 W. Sunset Blvd. Candidates must be able to work late nights ( 3am) on Friday and Saturday to be considered. Please apply if you have at least 4 years of experience working in a high volume/upscale casual establishment and are confident in your food, wine, and cocktail knowledge. Hired applicants will join us in creating an inviting atmosphere for guests throughout their dining/late night experience.
Our hours of operations are as follows:
Wednesday & Thursday 5pm -10am
Friday & Saturday 5pm-2am
Closed Sunday, Monday & Tuesday ( With the exception of special events)
Physical Requirements:
- Able to work in a fast and changing environment
- Be able to work in a standing position for 8 hours.
- Be able to safely lift and maneuver items that may weigh up to 45 pounds.
Additional Requirements:
- California Food handler/ RBS certifications must be up to date and on hand to be considered.
- Must have availability - 2-3 days per week. Late nights and weekends are required.
