What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deli Associate position at Dad's Deli & Catering?
Our Dad’s Deli & Catering team is looking for a customer-service focused and detail-orientated candidate to join us! This individual should be flexible with day to day tasks and operations. Qualities we are looking for in an ideal candidate: RELIABLE, PUNCTUAL, ORGANIZED, TRUSTWORTHY, RESPECTFUL, GOOD COMMUNICATION, RESPONSIBLE, MOTIVATED
Daily tasks include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Taking customer orders via phone or in person
- Using POS system to send orders to the kitchen
- Correctly relaying orders and other important info to the kitchen
- Separating and organizing prepared orders and handing to customers with accuracy
- Counting and handling money
- Prepare sandwiches and various other items
- Prepare food on grill and deep fryers
- Assist in daily cleaning and organizing deli
Early morning shift availability and Sunday availability is a MUST.
