Responsibilities:
- Operate Mobius trimming machines safely and efficiently
- Perform daily setup, calibration, and routine maintenance of equipment
- Monitor trimming output to ensure consistency, accuracy, and product quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
- Accurately record production data and machine performance logs
- Work closely with post-harvest and processing teams to meet production goals
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating Mobius trimming machines (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Knowledge of cannabis trimming standards and best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
