⚡ Position Overview
As a Cannabis Packager, you’ll help prepare and package cannabis products with speed, consistency, and precision. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring all products meet Gramazon’s quality standards and production goals. 🌿✨
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- 📦 Package cannabis flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates quickly and accurately
- 🏷️ Label, seal, and organize finished products for inventory and shipment
- 🧾 Maintain accurate tracking and production logs
- 🧼 Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment daily
- 🚀 Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly production quotas
- 🔁 Adapt to changes in priorities in a fast-moving production setting
- 🤝 Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized workspace
- 🔞 Must be 21 years old and able to pass a background screening
- ⚙️ Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- 🧍♂️ Comfortable standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
- ⏰ Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- 🧠 Able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- 🌿 Previous cannabis or production experience is a plus, but not required
