Position Overview

We are hiring experienced Field Mechanics with strong diagnostic and repair

background with construction and heavy equipment expertise. This role is open to

both full-time employees and rotational contractors from anywhere in the U.S.

We provide company housing in Williston, ND, making rotational work comfortable and

convenient. This is a hands-on field role where your experience, technical knowledge,

and communication skills are critical to keeping our fleet running safely and efficiently.

What We Offer

 Pay: $85,000 – $150,000 annualized (salary or hourly, depending on

arrangement).

 Flexible Schedule: Typical rotation is 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off; alternate

schedules may be available.

 Housing: Company-provided apartments for rotating employees/contractors.

Responsibilities

 Diagnose, repair, and maintain various models of hydraulic cranes and other

heavy equipment including tractor/trailers, fleet vehicles and dirt equipment

 Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics to troubleshoot

complex issues

 Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and field repairs under demanding

conditions

 Communicate clearly with equipment manufacturers’ remote support teams

to resolve complex technical problems

 Collaborate with dispatch, operators, and management to minimize downtime

 Uphold company safety standards and ensure compliance with field procedures

Qualifications

 8 years of experience as a heavy equipment or crane field mechanic (oilfield

experience preferred)

 Strong knowledge of electric-over-hydraulic systems and electrical diagnostics

 Excellent mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

 Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain

 Comfortable working in outdoor/field environments year-round

 Willingness to work rotational schedules and travel to Williston, ND
