The Event Manager is an integral part of our team, ensuring the successful planning and execution of events of all sizes and types — from concerts and conferences to banquets, weddings, and community celebrations. This role partners closely with clients to bring their vision to life, manages event logistics, and collaborates with all internal departments to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities include:
• Serving as the primary contact for clients from event planning through execution
• Coordinating event details with operations, food & beverage, ticketing, and marketing teams
• Preparing detailed event orders, layouts, and timelines
• Managing on-site event operations to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
• Supporting venue goals for guest experience, revenue growth, and community engagement
