DACOMSA-FRASLE MOBILITY is a international company that began operations in 2003 as a merger of three automotive sector distributors. We are dedicated to providing solutions for the marketing and distribution of products for the automotive aftermarket, with the firm purpose of positioning ourselves as leaders in the industry. We serve the needs of the independent, export, and original equipment markets, with the independent market having the greatest impact on our operations


Activities:

  • Ensure distributor and end-user satisfaction through technical support, product warranty attention for U.S. export markets, and coordination with Sales, Technical Service, Marketing, and UEN plants in accordance with established programs.
  • Guarantee the introduction of engine system product lines through research in automotive engineering, technical aspects, and/or application in coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Technical Service. In the medium to long term, contribute to the development of new, market-specific integrations.
  • Position and maintain our brands and after-sales services as key differentiators in the U.S. aftermarket through the delivery of required technical training, both in-person and digital, via workshops and advisory sessions.
  • Position Dacomsa brands by researching new automotive technologies by system or product line, applying findings to the development of technical information, creation and updating of technical conferences, and technical bulletins that address currently unmet needs.
  • Participate in the continuous development and to expand into the nine remaining target states: Alabama, Florida, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of automotive systems, technologies, operation, main failures, and diagnostic processes.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to resolve issues effectively (such as product quality concerns or situational conflicts).
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation and communicating effectively in English.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation and communicating effectively in Spanish.
  • Proficiency in the use of metrology equipment, both analog and digital (micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, dial indicators, etc.), along with accurate interpretation of technical drawings (symbols, tolerances).
  • Ability to identify new business and/or after-sales service opportunities in the U.S. market, demonstrating initiative through specific action plans.
  • Knowledge of Project Management and the ability to deliver high-impact, effective presentations.

  • Understanding of Core Tools for verification and project follow-up with export clients under applied quality systems.
  • Knowledge of Product Engineering, including system functionality and diagnosis of main failures.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
