Warehouse, shipping Clerk and Logistics

Ideal candidate will have strong computer skills combined with full experience in all warehouse duties: Shipping, Receiving, Production, & Inventory Management. Also, any debossing or other methods of branding would be a benefit. We need a team player who is willing to wear multiple hats and contribute to our success in any way they can. Highly motivated self-starter and team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple task

Primary job will be the day-to-day warehouse operations responsible for overseeing and leading the warehouse to support our daily goals. Is accountable for scheduling production, watching inventory levels, cycle counts, quality control, SOP for shipping and receiving. This includes processing orders, picking, packing, and shipping, building and breaking down of boxes, stocking and counting inventory, general upkeep and maintenance. You will have full run of the warehouse.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & General Responsibilities but not limited to:

· Quality Control of production and shipments

· Pick and ship orders

· Build & Breakdown cardboard boxes

· Stock shelves with Inventory

· Count Inventory

· Clean Warehouse

· Debossing of leather products

· Scheduling and prioritizing production.

· Handling incoming container and other shipments

· Responsible for safety and environmental compliance of the Warehouse. Holds departmental employees accountable for following all OSHA and company policies and regulations

· Provides technical expertise for problem resolution. Liaison with appropriate departments such as Sales or Management, to determine root cause and corrective actions.

· Responsible for the training and development of all departmental personnel. This includes defining the job function requirements.

· NOTE: This is a 40 hour a week, M-F Job. If you're looking to work 60, 70, 80 hours a week, this job is not for you. Family and a life outside of work comes first at Dacasso.

Mandatory:

· Computer knowledge

· Willing to work with hydraulic and manual presses

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods

· Good time management skills (no texting while working)

· Multitasking

· Reliable Transportation

· Previous warehouse work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,500.00 per year
