As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll be a trusted presence in the lives of those we serve. Whether you’re helping with day-to-day tasks or supporting a new life skill, you’ll play a meaningful role in someone’s journey toward greater independence.
What You'll Do
- Support individuals with everyday activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and personal hygiene routines
- Take individuals on community outings—whether for appointments, errands, or just to enjoy the day
- Track and document changes in overall health and behavior to support their care
- Assist with medication reminders or administration when needed
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive support
- A caring heart and a commitment to helping others live with dignity and independence
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance
- Willingness to undergo a state and federal fingerprint background check
- CPR Certification and a recent TB test (we can help you obtain both if needed)
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus—but if you bring passion and dedication, we’ll provide the training
- Starting rate of $20–$22 per hour, paid weekly
- Full and part-time positions available – let us know what works best for you
- Day, evening and overnight shifts available
