Electrical Panel Builder / Machine Builder (4-Day Workweek)
Dabrico Inc. is a family-owned automation equipment manufacturer founded on April 23, 1979. For nearly five decades, we have designed and built specialized inspection and automation equipment used by pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare organizations, and customers throughout North America and internationally.
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Panel Builder / Machine Builder to join our team in Bradley, Illinois.
This is not residential construction or commercial electrical work. This is custom machine building.

Responsibilities
- Build and wire industrial electrical control panels
- Install and terminate sensors, motors, relays, power supplies, and safety devices
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Route and terminate machine wiring
- Assist with mechanical assembly of custom automation equipment
- Maintain electrical inventory and stock levels
- Troubleshoot electrical wiring and component issues
- Support machine testing and quality inspections
- Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience preferred
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience building electrical control panels
- Experience using multimeters and electrical test equipment
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist with machine assembly
Preferred Qualifications
- Machine building experience
- OEM manufacturing experience
- Experience wiring sensors, motors, VFDs, and safety circuits
- Familiarity with UL 508A panel construction practices
PLC programming experience is not required.
Compensation: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour based on experience.
Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
