Role Description The Growth Manager role at Dabre Marketing is a full-time, hybrid position based in Menifee, CA, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that increase client revenue, expand customer bases, and enhance brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing performance data, identifying new growth opportunities, managing sales and marketing initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional projects. The Growth Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to optimize campaigns, improve conversion funnels, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This position involves setting measurable goals, reporting on key metrics, and continuously testing and refining strategies to drive sustainable growth.
