As a Sports Field Marketing Manager, you will be the face of DaBella in the community. Your primary focus will be building relationships and generating qualified leads through local events, sports sponsorships, and grassroots marketing efforts.
This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives on meeting new people, building connections, and turning conversations into opportunities. You won't be sitting behind a desk-you'll be out in the community representing the DaBella brand and creating excitement around our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local sports organizations, community groups, businesses, and event partners.
- Attend sporting events, festivals, community events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and secure new partnership opportunities that increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Recruit, coach, and motivate a team of event marketers and brand ambassadors.
- Create engaging customer experiences that drive appointment generation and brand recognition.
- Represent DaBella professionally within the community and serve as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and create opportunities without constant direction.
- Comfortable attending evening and weekend sporting events, community events, and sponsorship activities.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience leading, motivating, or coaching others preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the local market.
- Must be able to pass an MVR
